The Basics of True Healthy Eating

Everything you need to eat right is right here. It is so simple we do not need to write a book.

It is very simple. We are not saying it is easy for everyone but it is very simple to eat healthy. We will outline our basic principals to live by.

First of all, we must change our mindset! If you genuinely desire good health close your eyes and clear your mind. Take several deep breaths as you attempt to wipe out the toxic influence of the profit based big businesses that have taken over your mind and convinced you that eating toxic foods is the norm. From this point forward you will question everything you have been told, learned or have been brainwashed to believe to be true—because the majority of it is not.

Number one mindset; “I nourish my body for health. Disease is created by deficiency and toxicity.”

We now live by this mantra. We will repeat this continuously.

When even we do not believe something, if we say it repeatedly for approximately three weeks our subconscious mind will start to believe it, and finally, our conscious mind then accepts it as truth. We will replace the untrue propaganda based food information with truth by controling our self-talk.

So we will now fill our thoughts with things that will influence us to eat for health even if we consciously battle it.  Food addiction is potent beyond belief. This will help you overcome it if that is an issue.  Some food addicts will have a tough time even reading this page it is that power over them.

The mind does not want to face the addiction and will think clicking off this page dismissing it as easier than facing the animal. And food addiction is one hell of a powerful animal. Please keep reading. It could change your life, and that is our goal. Repeat these things when you are tempted to eat the things you should not and to improve your programming for future decisions.  We are going to brainwash ourselves with factual information.

Sugar – Including high fructose corn syrup and complex carbs (high glycemic carbs).

  • Sugar promotes disease. Sugar is one of the biggest causes of inflammation. Almost every disease is inflammation based; therefore; sugar causes disease. You can go one step farther and tell yourself sugar should be illegal but start small if you must. But bad carbs like bread, pasta, and rice break down into sugar too.
  • If I want to cure or be free of disease, I will not consume sugar.
  • Every time I put sugar in my body I promote disease and toxicity.
  • Sugar is horrible for my physical and emotional health. It causes me to feel bad. (You will get a sugar high, then a sugar crash. A multitude of studies concludes sugar products are connected to mental health problems including depression. Inflammation wreaks havoc on your brain.)

Processed Foods

  • Processed Foods are toxic to the body and the mind. Become aware of the toxins and the detrimental health effects, and you will no longer want them as much as you used to
  • Processed Foods contain toxins that promote disease. Almost all diseases are inflammation-based, and process foods cause inflammation; therefore encouraging disease.
  • Processed Foods will destroy my immune system.  Processed foods wreak havoc on your immune system, and you will be much more susceptible to diseases and be sicker more often. This includes significant diseases like cancer and more common ones like a cold.)
  • Processed foods are addictive. Processed foods can often overstimulate the production of dopamine,  which causes a feeling of pleasure. This is s what makes you crave them. Big industry uses this against you. Don’t let them control you.
  • Processed foods cause brain fog.
  • Processed foods contain GMO’s which are extremely detrimental for my health. Genetically-modified organisms (GMOs), are linked to cancer, infertility, organ damage and gastrointestinal disorders. These toxins promote weight gain and should be avoided at all costs. Numerous studies correlate GMO’s with leaky gut syndrome(which more likely than not you have if you are not eating organic non-processed foods) and it causes the symptoms of autoimmune diseases.

So it’s easy in theory but hard to do if you are addicted to sugar and the chemicals in foods. The only way to get healthy is to avoid those toxic chemicals, pesticides, GMO’S, sugar, and processed foods.

Dairy and Meat are Not our Friends Either

Dairy and meat deplete calcium. Animal protein is not good for the human body, nor is bovine growth hormone found in meat and dairy. Dairy and Meat pose health risks to those who consume them. Monsanto created rBGH to stimulate milk production in cows.

Recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone is a genetically engineered hormone created by Monsanto that is directly linked to breast, colon, and prostate cancer. It is injected into cows to increase milk production.  It has been banned by the European Union, Canada, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and Israel.

Cows milk treated with rBGH contains higher levels of IGF-1. Studies linked IGF-1 as a contributor to tumor development, specifically breast, prostate, and colorectal cancers.

Six anabolic steroids are given, in various combinations, to animals entering conventional beef feedlots in the U.S. and Canada:

Three are natural steroids (estradiol, testosterone, and progesterone), and three synthetic hormones (zeranol, the androgen trenbolone acetate, and progestin melengestrol acetate).

The Big Agricultural Industry is just like big pharma. They pummel the internet with propaganda and spend billions on misleading, false advertising. “Milky does a Body Good.” We think not but they have told us this since the day we were born. The truth is finally out with the internet age when we can research. Here are a few peer-reviewed studies to get you started.

Conclusion: Our gathered data in this review paper may suggest more sophisticated analytical detection methods for estrogens’ determination and also could be considered as a remarkable concern for consumers, producers, and public health authorities.

Conclusions: The present data on men and children indicate that estrogens in milk were absorbed, and gonadotropin secretion was suppressed, followed by a decrease in testosterone secretion. Sexual maturation of prepubertal children could be affected by the ordinary intake of cow milk.

In conclusion, we observed a marginally significant overall association between dairy intake and endometrial cancer and a stronger association among postmenopausal women who were not using estrogen-containing hormones.
